and individual feedback on interviewing techniques,
appropriate dress

Employer/Employee Relations
Coordination of all facets of the interview/hiring process
between employers and clients.
Interpreting
Professional sign language interpreters are provided
for a variety of job-related activities, including job
interviews, job orientation, and job training.
Placement in Employment
Clients’ job potential is enhanced by offering
auxiliary services such as interpreting and advocacy.
Job Monitoring – 30 day follow up
Contact is maintained with employers and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing
employees concerning job performance during the initial
30 days of placement. Continual assistance with training,
interpreting services and general assistance are provided
to the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing employee during this period.
