Health Services
Our mental health staff are expert in understanding the
impact of deafness and hearing loss on mental health,
including the unique similarities and differences among
people who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing, or late-deafened.
They are also expert in communicating with Deaf and hard
of hearing people, and can arrange for sign language interpreters,
CART services, or other communication support if that
is needed. Confidentiality is extremely important in mental
health and our counselors are pledged to the highest ethical
and legal standards in safeguarding your privacy.
